Submissions
Thank you for your interest in helping me with this project! I pray it is enlightening for both of us, but more importantly I pray it becomes something that helps move people closer to God.
If you would like to submit a post for inclusion in this page, here is what I need:
A Picture: take a photo of a passage of scripture that you have highlighted, underlined, and/or annotated. Be sure to turn your phone’s “Live” setting off and just send a still picture. Make it as high-resolution as you can, and try to ensure that the text itself is legible in the photo.
A Note: tell me what that passage means to you, why you highlighted it, what things, if any, were going on in your life that made it especially pertinent to you. If you have a bunch of passages marked in your Bible, tell me why you felt led to send this one in particular. Tell me the version of the Bible you are reading, and anything special about your Bible (eg, it was handed down from your grandfather, or it was a graduation gift).
Your Name: Please don’t send me an internet handle, but your actual human name. It can be first name and last initial, or last name and first initial, or your full name, or even just your initials if you’re really shy.
Understand that by submitting you are agreeing to allow me to publish what you’ve submitted, not just here but also potentially in print, for the further glorification of God. You also agree to allow me to manipulate photos as necessary for clarity, and to edit text for clarity, spelling, and grammar.
If you have found an old, marked up Bible that you’d like to send me physically, send me an email with a few pictures, and I will let you know the mailing address.
